EVERYTHING IS GOOD WITH HOTEL AND OUR STAY AS IT WAS OUR 1ST DAY AND STAY IN GOA. BED , ROOMS AND WASHROOMS WERE IN TOP CONDITION...
AFTER CHECKOUT NEXT DAY AND EXPLORING OTHER PLACES IN GOA WE RETURNED BACK AFTER 3 DAYS AT SAME PLACE (ANJUNA BEACH), AS WE HAD TO LEAVE FOR RAILWAY STATION NEXT, SUDDENLY MY WIFE HAD PERIODS AND SHE NEEDS A WASHROOM, SO WE VISITED IN CASA DE MOR FOR PERMISSION OF USING THEIR WASHROOM, BUT MANAGER MR. ANTHONY DIRECTLY DENIED FOR THAT, SAYING WE DON'T HAVE SUCH POLICIES...... MY ONLY SAYING IS WHERE THE HUMANITY IS… I REQUESTED TO MANAGEMENT, IF POSSIBLE PLEASE DON'T DO THAT SAME NEXT TIME WITH ANY OF YOUR GUEST...
