    It was last minute plan to go to Goa and we got the rooms here at a very reasonable rate. So, we weren't expecting much. But, we were extremely surprised that we got this place at a steal deal. Pros - 1. Big rooms with ample storage for your fresh and soiled clothes. 2. Private beach access. 3. Beach is in-between the Baga and Calangute main beaches. So, quiet and better. 4. Very couteous staff. Ready to help and very good room cleaning services. 5. Tasty lunch and dinner. 6. Very close to the market place. Cons - Nothing. except Breakfast was good but could be better.

    We family of 3 stayed for couple of days. 1. Rooms are cramped, there is balcony but if no use at all, really cramped. 2. No stand to dry clothes 3. Security personnel don't respond in professional way. 4. Non indians are treated as super heros and Indians considered invisible. 5. At buffet breakfast, Indians supposed to self serve but not the non Indians. 6. Cleaning will be done only at your absence. 7. Even after paying for superior room, we got a left-out room that is road facing with disturbance. 8. SERVICE CHARGES are applied after GST. This is a daylight robbery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
