Good location, very close to bars restaurants and the beach. Nice private pool area. Big bed and very comfortable.
No hot water on some days.

Centre of Baga close to the shops restaurants and Baga beach front ideal base for exploring the area
Pool was clean
Staff were incredibly helpful and polite

Visiting GOA for the first time, we were made exceptionally welcome. We were treated like family, or old friends. The Manager, Prince, could not do enough to make our stay the best. All of the staff, in particular Sachin and the other staff members were all friendly, welcoming, kind and helpful at all times.
Location. Staff. Value for money and overall friendliness, kindness and on hand at at all times.
