I feel the kitchen needs organizing better with the pots and pans . Plenty of cabinet space that needs to be utilized . The air unit is old and needs to be replaced . It broke while we were there and was promptly fixed however the air guy said it needed to be replaced . The living room chair cushions need to be replaced. They have really bad stains . We did have one more issue the management took care of right away . Location was very nice but the walk to the beach had many stairs so harder to do with kids or older family members . I do feel like the carpet needs to be removed in the bedrooms since it is a pet friendly place . Hard surface floors would be easier to keep clean .
