Boasting high-end appliances and a spacious layout, this luxurious four-bed/five-and-a-half-bath home is also just short walk from the beach. Relax by your private plunge pool and barbecue, or enjoy balcony views of the Gulf. With two primaries and a guest suite, this is the perfect spot for large groups.
This home is beautifully designed with calming colors and a tranquil ocean-inspired décor. The main living areas are located on the third floor. Gather everyone in the living room for a family movie night on the 42” flat screen TV; cozy up on the sofa (which converts to a sleeper for extra guests) or in one of the comfortable club chairs. A convenient half-bathroom sits just off the main living area. A balcony off the living area has a high-top table (seats four) and views of the Gulf. Unwind with a beer at the end of the day, or enjoy a beautiful view as you sip your morning coffee. The well-equipped, gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a dual-drawer dishwasher and four-burner gas range. Practice your culinary skills, then gather around the dining table for eight. Paired with the adjacent breakfast bar with seating for four, up to 12 guests can enjoy meals together.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a guest suite with a living area, 42” flat-screen TV, full kitchen, and Murphy bed. Glass doors open to the pool deck. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a door to the pool.
On the second floor, you’ll find the fourth bedroom with a king bed, 32” flat-screen TV, and private balcony with gulf views. The en suite bathroom has a tub and a walk-in shower. There are two additional second-floor guest rooms, one has two full beds, a flat-screen TV, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower. The other guest room has twin bunk beds and a 19” flat-screen TV. A bathroom just around the corner has a tub/shower combination.
The third-floor primary features a king bed, 32” flat-screen TV, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. The en suite bathroom has a dual vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.
After a day at the beach, retreat to your private pool area. Refresh with a dip or relax on one of the lounge chairs with a book. Pick up some burgers and host a poolside barbecue. The dining table seats four. In the air-conditioned garage, you’ll find beach chairs and toys for the pool and beach.

We loved the home! Enclave at Inlet Beach is a neighborhood. Inlet area seemed like a great family area. Location to the beach was just a short walk. There’s a sidewalk just across from the house to a gate that you can access the road to the beach. That way you don’t have to walk to the main entrance of the subdivision then around. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas along with a wagon to carry it all.
The home was very spacious and well decorated. We loved that each room had its own bathroom. I loved the balconies! We enjoyed spending time on the one off the living room. I noticed some reviews saying the balcony doors wouldn’t stay shut. If you’ll close the doors, then pull up on the door handles, it will latch and hold them in place.
We enjoyed the pool. It was a great size for just relaxing on a day I didn’t go to the beach.
Great communication between us and VACASA. They were always quick to respond and answer any questions or concerns we had.
The only negative we had was there’s no use of the elevator.

This home met our expectations and more. We had plenty of room, house was clean and location was great. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and once there- no steps to get onto the beach. There was a wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. The pool at the house was just the perfect size for us to just hang out in. There was plenty of dishes to cook and grill a meal one night. There are so many positives to say. (Also, I noticed several reviews mention they couldn’t get the French doors to stay closed. If you would close the the doors, then pull UP on the handles, this will lock them in place.) We had great communication with the rental company. They were always quick to respond to any questions. The ONLY negative we had was the elevator wasn’t in service. Too many stairs to have to carry things in and out.

This house is huge and gives ample room to spread out. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was great to have a private pool and lots of items for the beach (wagon, bikes, chairs, umbrella). The house is a very easy walk to the beach and near lots of great restaurants. I would highly recommend staying there!
