Come home each afternoon to an expansive balcony overlooking the pool, hot tub, Topsail Preserve State Park plus incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico.
This unit is completely updated with new flooring (no carpet), fresh paint, new light fixtures, new tile showers, new appliances, all new furniture, mattresses, deck furniture, and bedding. This Tops’l resort rental is ideally situated for a beachside getaway. This 3 bedroom combo is comprised of a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite and also a 1 bedroom/1bath studio, each featuring a private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy for at-home meal planning while the studio's additional full-size fridge, ice maker, and microwave provide easy convenience for beach snacks and drinks. There's seating for six at the dining table and an eat-in nook for two at the kitchen bar. Washer and dryer included in the unit.
Here at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be just a few steps from indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a sauna and steam room, a mini-golf course, clay tennis courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. When you're not collecting seashells on the beach, you can dine at two on-site restaurants, take a quick drive or bike ride to Grand Boulevard (one mile north) and Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), or spend an afternoon hiking in the neighboring Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. A wealth of resort amenities and facilities available at your fingertips.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo had great views. The home was well maintained. All the furniture and bedding were clean. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and beach. We will be back.

The condo is beautiful and has a stunning view of the ocean . We loved the pools, the cafe, and playing in the ocean waves. There is an incredible fitness center with daily activities for kids. We especially loved watching “Encanto” on a big screen and the pool by the ocean at night. There are so many things to do at this complex, including the simple pleasure of enjoying the gorgeous sunset on the beach!

It was a wonderful one week stay on Miramar beach. The kitchen had everything needed to cook, except we needed a scrubbing tool. Also, the Summit Building is the farthest from the beach access and the pool cafe.
