This property has an enclosed parking garage with a height limit of 6’5”(77 inches) with no overflow parking.
The fireplace is not operational.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 11.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful corner property with a great view. Condo is stunning with a lot of space and storage. My family loved it. All amenities are great and the beach was wonderful. Also the pool and pool side grill were awesome. Loved every minute!

We loved the fresh new decor, the huge kitchen island, the spaciousness of the living area. Will definitely return!

the view from the 11th floor is exquisite and the condo, itself, is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped. The feel of the place is minimalist and well kept. Not recently updated but that doesn't truly impact the comfort of the place. I've stayed in many different units on this property so the 3 stars is a reflection of the fact that there are others that are more impressive. Vacasa has some work to do to maintain the entirety of Tops'l, however. It is most definitely showing its age.
