Хозяева очень радушные люди. Встретили на пристани (и в конце отдыха туда же доставили), все рассказали, отвечали на все возникающие вопросы, нашли ласты для снорклинга. Завтрак обильный и каждый день немного разный плюс чай/кофе, шейк из свежих фруктов, фрукты.
Местоположение удачное у всего на острове, так как остров небольшой )) Отель расположен в конце главной улицы рядом с бикини-бич. Но дойти до экскурсионных агентств, порта, места вечернего кормления рыб, домашнего рифа или чего-то еще недалеко.
Номер просторный (брали на 4 спальных места) и очень атмосферный (ресторан тоже очень атмосферный), кровати удобные. Есть уютный дворик-лобби
Не могу сказать, что это недостаток, скорее, просто особенность, про которую стоит знать. Пару месяцев назад на острове распределили землю под жилищное строительство, и земля под рестораном отеля тоже отошла под застройку. Поэтому ресторан в спешном порядке переехал на новое место. И на завтрак прогуливаешься 5 минут до ресторана через город или по "набережной".
При включении воды в душе сначала идет вода с резким запахом, надо некоторое время сливать ее, чтобы пошла нормальная

Nuestra estancia en Chambao Maldivas ha sido genial, las habitaciones, las instalaciones y ubicación del hotel son muy buenas, la comida es espectacular tanto de sabor como de presentación, cada día nos sorprendían y los desayunos fueron buenísimos y variados. Y que decir de los anfitriones Jhon y Elena un 11 sobre 10, desde el primer momento nos trataron como si fuéramos de su familia, aprendimos muchas cosas de la cultura maldiva y tuvimos unas charlas muy interesantes, así da gusto viajar. Volveremos sin duda a Maldivas y por supuesto a Chambao.

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the bikini beach and house reef
Aircon was too small for the size of the room - even at night we were sweating.
For two days the tap and shower water stank of rotten eggs, to the point we had to buy mineral water to rinse after showering and for brushing teeth. The owner was very dismissive when we brought it up.
Room could have used a larger dustbin for trash as the small dustbin in the toilet was quickly filled up with used mineral water bottles.
