It was amazing stay! Breakfast was different every day, it included juice, coffee, salty breakfast and sweet breakfatst. Himanshu took care about cleaning our rooms and he was so nice. But the most we would love to appreciate manager Wasim who was 24/7 ready to help. And I can not mention how Simba and Omba (cats) added cuteness to our stay. We will miss everything about Coco villa and Thoddoo.
If I have to find a small negative thing I would recommend a bit better wi-fi connection, but it wasn't horrible it just took a bit longer to load news, video etc. But as I said nothing horrible.

We spent a few days at this small local hotel, and we couldn't have chosen better! The room was brand new, comfortable, clean, and spacious. The common areas were also very well-maintained and beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect, surrounded by shops and convenient for visiting Bikini Beach.
But without a doubt, the best thing about the hotel is its staff, special mention to Wasim, hospitality at the next level, always willing to help, thank you very much. We hope to be able to stay there again soon.

The room was new and stylishly furnished and the garden well-kept. The housekeeping appropriated.
The dinner at the Restaurant very good.
The staff at the Reception seems to be not too guest-oriented, in term of availability, customer care and guest satisfaction.
A month before our arrival, we kindly asked for a quite room and we received the confirmation of the enquiry, but at our arrival we received a room close two families with children. We communicated our arrival time at the port, but nobody arrived to welcome us, it was about to start to rain and we were lucky that a polite porter of another hotel helped us with the luggage. At our arrival, we requested something sweet for breakfast, jam and bread or pancakes or a plate of fruits but the receptionist did not worry too much to communicate it at the staff of the Restaurant, which for two days offered us local breakfast which include seafood and rice, fruits juice is not included.
Our waiter fortunately was more understanding and polite, and after explaining the situation, he satisfied our needs.
The property is one of the most highly rated on the island but the services are not up to scratch. The bikes have a costs of 5 euro per day, (in the majority of the hotels on the island are free of charge), but after the payment we did not received any receipt and many times other guest have stolen our bikes because they have no number.
Regarding the payment we had a further inconvenience, we paid at arrival, fortunately by card, at the departure, the Reception presented us again the total amount of the stay.
Inconveniences can always happen, but competent and apologetic staff are needed.
