Giggle Lodge is a beautiful, timber clad building, all on one level, located in Pentney lakes, Norfolk, on a quiet country road.
The property is positioned on a woodland park boasting 8 fishing lakes and a water sports lake.
The main door leads into a huge open-plan living space, with a well-equipped kitchen, with all the amenities you could need to cook the whole family a scrumptious meal. With modern units and spacious worktops.
There is a dining area with seating for up to 10 people and makes for a lovely place to dine together, or use as a social space.
The living area is home to attractive modern sofas, with seating for upto 12 people, so plenty of cumfy room for everyone. relax and enjoy your favourite programs on the 65” smart TV, perfect for all your friends & family.
The ensuite bedrooms can sleep up to 8 people and is perfect for large families or a large group of friends, who also would like their privacy.
The bathrooms all have modern fixtures and fittings
There is off-road parking for up to at least 4 cars.
Outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio area with garden furniture, parasol & seat cushions.
From here, guests are able to access facilities hosting a number of water sports, leisurely walking and cycling, not forgetting the nine fishing lakes just yards from the property. There is also a clubhouse on site that is open Friday and Saturday evenings, and Sunday lunchtime for drinks and a game of pool or darts for free, with a children’s play area straight opposite.
For days out, the area holds many attractions.
You can head into the town of King’s Lynn, where you can explore an area brimming with history and attractions including the ruined Castle Rising, the urban park The Walks and the country house of Sandringham Estate. Giggle Lodge is the perfect base for your group gathering to Norfolk, weather for work or pleasure. Local attractions include Castle Rising, a historic castle which was built in 1140 AD, with a spectacular maze of stone steps.
Kids can explore the ramparts and search for enemy hordes.
Parents can pack a picnic and enjoy the lovely surrounding gardens.
It is an excellent cottage for those family breaks.

Amazing place to stay, very spacious and there were 8 of us in the lodge. Everything we needed and it was very clean, quiet and a peaceful location. Would definitely stay here again with the family. We all loved it!!

Overall the property met our needs very well. The kitchen had a good supply of everything and the cooking facilities were good. Couple of things to mention. There was one fan in one of the bedrooms and could have done with fans in the other bedrooms as was very hot. Also the back bedrooms need proper curtains, not voils as far too light in the mornings. The front bedrooms were fine as had blinds. Needed to wear eye mask in the back bedrooms.

Beautiful bungalow with all the necessities included. Well maintained and clean property with access to water sport at the lakeside but we didn’t have time for it. There is a little pub at the entrance and a good size playground which my little ones go and play everyday.It was an enjoyable stay and WiFi was available which was helpful as signal was quite poor around the house.

We arrived to find no wifi, two TVs on the blink and no means of contacting the owner. Since vrbo route all messages through their website and don't give you the owner's contact number you then can't send a message without a signal. Otherwise it was just what we wanted.
