It was nice and quiet my son enjoyed the activities

The breakfast was nice but needed some more vegan options our kids are dairy free due to intolerance so something on the side like hashbrowns or toast with jam would be good or plain pancakes . The sauna was lovely and hot .

The spa and pool area changing rooms smelt bad and there was lots of water everywhere on the floors makes it feel not clean. The pool was a bit cold too. Some more small activities for toddlers maybe a little fold up slide for indoors or a Wendy house or even little play kitchens would be great for in between activities for the older ones . Our room was clean enough but not fresh and there was urine under the toilet seats so not cleaned thoroughly.

Overall we had a lovely, relaxing stay! Would come again just think the sofa in our lodge needed an upgrade.

The lodge was very comfortable and clean. Super comfy bed too.

The sofa had stains on it and it was quite uncomfortable.

Brilliant cabin, brilliant clean facilities, great staff

Food surprisingly delicious in restaurant. Pool and changing rooms lovely and clean. Staff very friendly. Cabin comfortable.

Cabin a little grubby in places. Cushions on sofa grubby with dirt, bed divan sides stained. Just details that could do with a refresh/deep clean. But all in all very satisfactory

Check out time was incorrect No warning regarding swimming pool booking system. Sofas were not comfortable, no WiFi on tvs or no Netflix etc.

Well worth a visit brilliant

This was our second visit, so it was as good as the first. It is a great place to stay with plenty to do and see. Walks in wood at end of site which I managed to do this time which I enjoyed. The resort is well laid out and the cabins are spotless, also staff extremely helpful. A restaurant is available on site if you don't want to cook yourself, but kitchen in cabins are well laid out and I enjoyed cooking their, a very welcome rest over 3 nights was enjoyable and reasonably priced, will be back at some stage

Perfect.

Great chalet, really clean, comfortable and quiet. Good restaurant and bar. everything was perfect for a really most relaxing week. Hopefully back next year for an event at Sandringham.

The only criticism would be the need to book the swimming pool.

Weekend stay

The accommodation was very good. We stayed in a one bedroom lodge in a rural setting. It was very spacious, and the kitchen was equipped with a washer/dryer and dishwasher as well as the normal items you'd expect. It's a small site but has all the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. Note that to use the indoor pool, you have to pre-book a one hour slot. We stayed there as it was convenient for Sandringham Estate, where we attended an event.

Only issue we had was with the onsite "Bistro". Our food order wasn't right and the half of pizza we'd requested to take away was inadvertently disposed off. However the staff adjusted the bill fairly and it wasn't a problem.

We had a lovely time and the accommodation was good and met our needs.

The restaurant was good customer service from Tom was excellent.

Some of the cleaning could have been a little better, it wasn’t dirty but glass throughout was smeared.

A really lovely family break away in Norfolk

A modern lodge with good facilities, great parking. Close to the main building for food, swimming, spa or just a drink.

Nice lodge for couples and families but better communication on booking facilities required

Easy check-in process even out of hrs. Friendly staff. Nice lodge with good equipment. Plus for having assigned the parking spot.

Lack of cleanliness - the oven temperature gauge had food residue. Lots of spider webs and dust. The map of the lodges should be provided via email cause it doesn't follow the normal order so it is a bit difficult to find correct lodge when coming out of hours. If you plan to use the spa and swimming pool then make sure you book it online well in advance, cause for our weekend trip in March, it was limited two weeks in advance so probably during holiday season it is even worse.

I liked the space, very nice and open. Generally clean rooms and good facilities. Staff were great and the food was on point

Ammenaties were great plenty of room and hot tub was a great touch to the stay

We liked that it was a nice size and had the hot tub already set up . The amenities were great as there was a washing machine dishwasher and a sizeable fridge plus a bath and shower in the bathroom . Hot tub was lovely and the led lights in the hot tub and on the roof of the patio were a lovely touch . The living room with the tv and sofa were nice too .

The pressure of the bath tub tap was not great at the bath was so big it took a while to fill up . And there was some dust and rust in the corner of our bathroom .The heating also took a while to turn on and off and so did the bathroom showers water temp .

Overall an enjoyable stay, but room for improvement

Swimming pool, EV charger, look and feel of the cabins.

Late check-in (from 4pm). Shower temperature almost impossible to adjust to something pleasant - it's either glacial or hellish. Water pressure of the shower is also really low in the family bathroom (cabin 65). The textured wood walls look great but they were incredibly dusty.

Brilliant place to stay top notch.

Excellent value for money, lodge was like home from home with many amenities attached. Excellent walks locally, with plenty to do and see well worth a visit, hope to be back next year.

Second time of visiting and will do again , love the pool and staff happily put a lane rope in so I could get my lenghts

The whole site is lovely as are the staff

Need to update the menu on line as it didn’t advertise the change to menu on a Sunday , staff wait tables could have given a little bit more attention to service the three of them looked a little bored , Water pressure not great .

Was a lovely get away altogether ! Close to a supermarket and very relaxing environment and quiet .

The area was great! Lodges were clean and hot tub was lovely.

We got to the property a couple of hours early but had to wait till dead on 4pm to check in and wait for everyone’s lodge to be ready. Also the saucepans were a little dirty, there was dust in the drinking glasses. Also there was only one toilet roll and was not aloud anymore unless we brought some.

The kids didn't want to come home.

The properties were lovely. Had everything we required, were comfortable and clean. The swimming pool was great. The food in the restaurant was very nice. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, there was one member of staff in the restaurant who wasn't as friendly as everybody else. He would be quite short with us when he asked for anything, and never cracked a smile. In the property, we did notice a lot of flies and couldn't work out where they were coming from. Also, when we flushed one en-suite toilet, the main toilet would then emit a pongy smell. A bit like a drain blockage smell. We had to shut the doors to stop the smell filling the whole property.

The modern spacious lodge had everything needed for my stay with my family . The three bathrooms were a bonus and the kitchen was fully equipped Loved it
