Welcome to our Palmetto Dunes Villa. We love being in this community and enjoy riding bikes with our kids to the beach, pool, and everywhere really. Palmetto Dunes boasts of private beaches and 4 available pools to choose from.

My sister, my daughter, my small dog and I spent 2 weeks in the condo during February 2024. We especially appreciated the efficient HVAC system since the nights were chilly during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. Living room furniture was comfortable and there was ample room around the large dining room table. We enjoyed having two full baths for 3 adults. This was our first stay in the palmetto resort area, but my 5th time on the island during the winter months. It was nice to be within walking distance to the General Store for breakfast and morning papers. Our host was helpful and responded quickly to communications.

The place was mostly clean… there was dirt in the sheets along with a cockroach on the wall in the bedroom. Because of this I would not stay here again.
