* Chef’s Kitchen**: Fully stocked for home-cooked meals, complete with a GE Profile Appliances, Keurig, cooking oils, and spices.

* Flexible Dining**: Gather around the dining table for six or enjoy a casual meal at the kitchen island with seating for four.

* Stair Access Only**: This is a two-story condo located on the second floor of the building. Access is by stairs only, as there is no elevator.

* Not Suitable for Children**: For safety reasons related to the layout and balconies, this property is NOT SUITABLE FOR INFANTS OR YOUNG CHILDREN.
