We stayed here for a memorial weekend for my grandma. It worked so well for a few of us to stay, and for a few other family members to stop by, say hello, and pick out some family photos and heirlooms to take with them. They are clear about it in the posting, but I want to emphasize that there are two full flights of stairs up to the place. The main living room is also HUGE. I thought it would be big, which was one of our reasons for picking it, but it was truly enormous. A good surprise for us. Bedrooms and bathroom were good, and there was plenty of stuff in the kitchen. A couple of things that we ran into, which I'm adding more as a heads up to other folks who book this spot:- Maybe it was just us, but the instructions on how to find the door were a little unclear. It's not on 8th. go to the parking lot just north of 8th Street on College. I'm adding a picture of the correct door.- The company that you book with through VRBO is actually not your contact for the space. They have you direct all all questions and communications to the owner of the space himself. Not a huge deal, but it is in violation of verbo's policies. The host was super communicative, and allowed us to check out late (there was no one coming in the same day after us) which was so appreciated as we navigated a late lunch reservation with my 80yo great aunt. I so, so appreciate it.- this one is for the host - 2 of the 3 parking passes were expired. Overall, really lovely. Would absolutely stay again

Great rental! Was spacious and equipped nicely. Location couldn’t be better to enjoy downtown Holland and all of the local attractions as well. Would definitely stay again!

This property is gorgeous and so spacious! We had 6 adults and no one ever felt cramped. The location is directly in the middle of town, which is so nice, and once you're inside, it's quiet and you'd never know you're above a busy pizza place.But the pizza? Delicious!If we come back to Holland, I won't even browse other properties.
