Experience the best of downtown Holland in this stunning, fully renovated 2-story condo. Spread across 1,600 sq. ft., this bright, open living space features original exposed brick, reclaimed wood accents, and modern designer finishes that create a welcoming and stylish atmosphere.



Living & Dining: Unwind by the cozy electric fireplace in the open-concept living room, featuring an iconic Eames-style lounge chair. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining, complete with a large island with four barstools and a separate dining table for six.



Upstairs Loft: Discover a second comfortable gathering space in the upstairs loft. It includes a dry bar with a mini-fridge, a pull-out sofa, and access to a private outdoor terrace.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Primary Suite: A luxurious suite with a king bed, room-darkening shades for restful sleep, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Second Bedroom: Furnished with two XL twin beds.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 2-story condo. Entry is simple and secure with contactless, keyless locks on both the main building entrance and the private residence door. You can come and go as you please with your unique access code.

Heated sidewalks, private reserved parking, and easy access to Lake Macatawa, Hope College, and Ottawa Beach make this the ideal spot for getaways, vacations, or special occasions.



Getting Around:

We offer 1 reserved private parking spot in the parking lot off of 7th street right by our building. The spot will be marked with a cone and feature a sign with the suite number on it. The building features entrances on 7th and 8th street for added convenience.



Other Things to Note:

- Stairs Required: Please be aware that there is no elevator in the building. Access to this two-story condo requires climbing stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

- Pre-Arrival Verification: For your security, a check-in form and driver's license ID verification are required to be completed before your arrival.

- Service Animal Exemption: Please be aware there is a service animal exemption on file for the property.

The kitchen had top notch appliances, accessories, plenty of anything you could want and/need! To our surprise, there were 2 balconies, not just one. I only wish we had a little more time to enjoy it all!

Very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished in a quaint downtown area. Great walkable location, with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops right out the door. Hosts kindly communicated their availability to contact should we need anything. Second stay at this property, and again, a win.
