Great place for hiking or bicycle trips, Ledro lake is not as busy as Garda and just beautiful

Nice and clean apartment, well furnished, pleasant to stay in and close to the Lago di Ledro, with a nice beach and a choice of places to eat out with good pizza, area typical dishes and fish, about 8 minutes walking distance to the lake, beach and the restaurants, a grocery shop just around the corner, private parking on the property. Literally just took the car out twice during our weeks long stay.

A little noisy being really close to the main street, fortunately our plans were to go out on our bikes for full day trips, so only came back to shower and out for a dinner and just sleep in. If thats your plan as well you wont be disappointed.

Super clean and comfortable apartment.

There is a self-check-in, I got all information on WhatsApp. The apartment was cleaned and you can find all stuff, that you can want. There was a lot of important stuff in the kitchen. Big balcony and good fresh air.

Everything was good. But, be careful this apartment doesn't have WIFI (we knew about this and for us, it wasn't an issue). Also, there is a good coffee machine in the apartment, but we didn't find capsules for it.

Siamo stati troppo bene: una coccola nella tranquillità.

Siamo stati benissimo. Comunicazione semplice e celere con la proprietaria. Parcheggio comodo sotto l’abitazione. Casa calda e accogliente (riscaldamento autonomo). Con una piacevolissima passeggiata si arriva al lago. Proprio vicino all’abitazione vi e’ l’accesso al sentiero del Ponale. Anche fuori stagione, vi e’ un bar-tabaccaio aperto a pochi passi che e’ un po’ un punto di ritrovo e dopo le lunghe passeggiate a meno 7 gradi C. e una piacevole coccola

Peccato per la mancanza del wi-fi. Non vi erano beni di prima necessità come l’olio o accessori necessari come un canovaccio o tovaglioli. In bagno non vi era bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Ma basta organizzarsi e portarli con sé

Appartamento completo di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno, proprietario estremamente cordiale e posizione strategica per visitare la Valle del Ledro e la gardesana. Imbocco del sentiero del Ponale a qualche mt di distanza. Il paesino di Molina di Ledro offre tutti i principali servizi - supermercato, farmacia, bar, parrucchiera, distributore di carburante, fermata del bus.

Soggiorno Mediocre, Attenzione alla Pulizia e al Comfort Invernale

Spazi Generosi: L'appartamento è indubbiamente molto spazioso, offrendo ampio respiro per quattro persone. Posizione Comoda: La vicinanza a servizi essenziali come alimentari e farmacia è un grande vantaggio per la gestione quotidiana. Ottimo Rapporto Qualità-Prezzo (solo per il costo): Il prezzo richiesto è estremamente competitivo.

Problemi di Pulizia: Questo è stato l'aspetto più critico. La pulizia era chiaramente migliorabile. Abbiamo riscontrato peli e capelli sui cuscini e il pavimento risultava visibilmente sporco al nostro arrivo. Comfort Termico Inadeguato: L'appartamento era estremamente freddo all'arrivo. Abbiamo dovuto attendere diverse ore prima che il riscaldamento rendesse l'ambiente vivibile, il che ha compromesso il comfort della serata e di buona parte della notte. Pareti Sottili e Insonorizzazione Assente: L'isolamento acustico è inesistente. I vicini parlavano ad alta voce dalle 2 alle 3 del mattino e sembrava di averli in camera con noi, rendendo il riposo difficile. Cattivo Odore in Bagno: Abbiamo riscontrato una sgradevole puzza di scarico nel bagno, un ulteriore elemento di disagio igienico

L'appartamento è a pochi metri dai servizi utili: farmacia, coop, bar, edicola, parrucchiere Inoltre ha una bella camminata pedonale sul retro per raggiungere il lago

La posizione per attraversare la strada è molto pericolosa, in alcuni punti non c'è marciapiede e si cammina sul ciglio della strada, sfiorando le macchine

Goede locatie voor uitstapjes

Prima locatie voor een paar dagen. Net appartement met fijn groot balkon. Contact met host verliep online en dat ging prima. Parkeerplaats is achter slagboom, dus geen zorgen over ruimte.

Langs een drukke weg met veel herrie overdag bij langskomende vrachtwagens. Gelukkig 's nachts stil.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine super Ausstattung, es hat nichts gefehlt.

Die Wände sind etwas dünn, man hört die Nachbaren sprechen. Dies hat aber nur selten gestört, meistens hörte man nichts.

Keine Kaffeemaschine. Das ganze Geschirr war schmutzig ,musste erst gesäubert werden. Staub überall.Kalt keine Heizung, Sachen feucht nach Regen . Früh sehr lauter Krach im Haus , so hellhörig wahrscheinlich kein Lärmschutz.Ein Krach von der Straße,als wäre es an der.Autobahn Total beschissen die Lage. Von Erholung keine Rede. Nie wieder.

Prima apartement, wel gehorig

Prima apartement! Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Genoeg ruimte ook in de slaapkamer om spullen op te bergen. Locatie is prettig. Op loopafstand van Ledromeer. 15minuutjes naar Riva del Garda. Ook naar Adamello Brenta is goed te doen (op 5 kwartier heb je al prachtige wandelingen). Ruim balkon, grote koelkast, vriesvak, oven, magnetron. Slaapkamer kon verduisterd worden, heel prettig.

Het is erg gehorig! Je hoort alles van de buren, tot aan hun toiletbezoek toe, en dan bedoel ik niet alleen het doortrekken.. 4 van de 4 avonden laat in slaap gevallen doordat we letterlijk gesprekken en hun gang door het huis konden horen. Ik denk dat het ook vakantiegangers waren, dus mogelijk is het op een ander moment rustiger. Maar voor ons waren de geluiden heel storend. Voor de rest geen problemen ondervonden.
