La baita è molto carina. Piccolina, ma accogliente a tal punto che non pensi più agli spazi un po’ ridotti. Abbiamo potuto usufruire di un ampio giardino esterno, oltre a quello più piccolino è completamente recintato. I nostri due cani sono stati benissimo e per questo per noi è più che importante. L’unico neo è la strada per raggiungere la baita che è molto stretta, a tratti dovrebbe essere a senso unico e invece si sale e si scende da entrambe le direzioni di marcia e incontrandosi questo può creare disagio. Per il resto tutto fantastico. Si arriva facilmente dappertutto, ma è necessario avere la macchina.

Super schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nette Einweisung mit Tipps zur Umgebung vom Vermieter. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Treffen mit dem Vermieter auf einem Hotelparkplatz (ist okay, er ist dann voraus gefahren um den Weg bergauf zu zeigen). Leider deutsche Sprache nur sehr schlecht, aber das nötigste ging mit Hände & Füße. Die Wohnung (unten) ist klein, aber wussten wir ja. Sauber ist sie auch gewesen. Allerdings schlecht bestückt was die Küche betrifft.. Keinen Toaster, Kaffeemaschine kann man das nicht nennen - man kann es auf eventuell italienischer Art machen mit dem Brühen aber Kaffeebohnen sind da nicht das richtige. Keine Müslischalen, Eierbecher, billiges Plastikkochbesteck was sich schnell verbiegt. Dafür eine Waschmaschine, einen minimal kaputten Kleiderständer.
Was ich noch anmerken muss, Abreise steht bei Buchung bis 10.00 Uhr die Vermieterin spricht immer von 09.00 Uhr und da kommt wohl auch die Putzfrau, man sollte also da schon weg sein.
Die Lage des Hauses ist recht ruhig, da es auf einem Berg ist wo nichts los ist weil man dort nichts machen kann. Also Auto ist immer notwendig.
Preis-Leistung einfach zu teuer! Optisch ein mega Hingucker. Aber für den Preis kriegt man auch ziemlich nah am Wasser ein Haus / Wohnung
