We had the pleasure of staying in the cottage for two weeks and had an all-round wonderful time. Emiliana and Massimo are perfect hosts: always reachable and helpful when needed. They were even obliging enough to allow us to charge our car at the socket in the garden house. It's very slow, but it's good to know that it is possible as a backup.The cottage really is equipped with everything you need. We can definitely recommend it without reservation.

We have chosen the cabin as a base for our stay in early November, because it promised to be a cosy place should the weather be nasty. To our dismay, the weather was beautiful, providing no pretext to stay at home, but luckily the days were short enough to bring us back home early in order to fully enjoy the Gemütlichkeit of this awesome place. It leaves nothing to be desired - at least for us. And we will return. Thank you Emiliana.

Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten noch zusätzlich einen Außenbereich mit Gartenhütte und Grill dabei. Das einzige was nicht so toll ist ist die Straße zum Objekt, sehr eng und es durfte kein Auto entgegen kommen da einer dann zurücksetzen muss. Super natürlich viel Platz für Hunde. Wir hatten 2 dabei.

Das kleine Haus wurde uns in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übergeben. Es wurde uns alles erklärt. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als das WLAN nicht mehr funktionierte, wurde ein Techniker aufgeboten. Dieser war 60 Minuten später vor Ort (und dies am Abend). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen geniessen können. Der Kamin am Abend, einfach nur romantisch. Unser Hund wird die Umgebung sicherlich schmerzlich vermissen ;-).Ich kann dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Mit 5 Personen dürfte es aber etwas knapp werden.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, das Foto täuscht etwas, da das Haus nicht in Alleinlage ist, aber trotzdem sehr schön, wie bereits andere geschrieben haben, ist es keine Hütte für einen alleine, es ist eine Hälfte des Hauses, unterhalb befindet sich noch eine Wohnung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, pure Erholung, zum Ort / zum nächsten Laden läuft man einen Kilometer und zum See ca. 1,5 Kilometer

Ein wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage in den Bergen ist ideal für Wanderungen oder einfach mal zum faulenzen im Garten. Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 2 mal in diesem Haus und kommen gerne wieder!

Alles problemlos und schnell. Kommunikation nur auf italienisch aber das hat auch gut geklappt. Es ist eine DH Hälfte mit separatem Garten der nicht direkt ans Haus angeschlossen ist, was aber überhaupt nicht schlimm war. Garten ist groß und eingezäunt mit eigenem Gartenhaus. Haus ist super ruhig und schön oberhalb des Sees gelegen. Ca 25 min zu Fuß zum See. Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet mit super schönem Badezimmer und einer weiteren Toilette. Betten sehr bequem. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus.

Ein super schönes Ferienhaus mit absolut ruhiger Lage hoch oben in den Bergen. Liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sogar Bettwäsche, Hand- und Duschtücher und eine Waschmaschine. Der Garten mit Grill ist komplett eingezäunt, somit super für Hunde. Direkt unterhalb ist eine kleine Erdbeerplantage wo man sich jeden morgen frische Erdbeeren kaufen kann. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben 14 Tage in Molina in der großen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist stylisch eingerichtet,bis auf die Essecke. Die ist viel zu eng und unbequem. Auch wir sind auf Grund der Fotos davon ausgegangen, dass das Haus in Alleinlage steht. Wie andere Gäste bereits bewertet haben, sind die veröffentlichten Bilder irreführend. Der Verkehr von Einheimischen, der direkt vor der Haustür durchgeht, war sehr störend und auch gefährlich, da die Treppe vor der Haustür unmittelbar bei der Strasse endet. Im Haus befinden sich 3 Wohnungen. Man mietet zum doch stolzen Preis also nur eine Wohnung. Im Inserat wird von einer Hütte gesprochen, was nicht ganz der Wahrheit entspricht. Die Küche ist grundsätzlich gut und sauber eingerichtet. Es fehlen aber zum Beispiel Eierbecher und Schnapsgläser. Zum bezahlten Preis hätten wir auch vom TV mehr erwartet. Schweizer Sender waren nicht zu entschlüsseln. Zur Wohnung konnten wir den eingezäunten Garten nutzen. Mit Hund ideal. Schade muss man um dahin zu gelangen über die Zufahrt zur Erdbeerplantage gehen....Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und wenn abends der Verkehr nachlässt ist es sogar auch ruhig! Die Umgebung ist ideal....vor allem für Biker aber auch zum Wandern wunderschön. Die Hütte muss im Internet wahrheitsgetreuer angeboten werden.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus und sehr nette Vermieter. Ideal ist das eingezäunte Grundstück mit Hund. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Erdbeerplantage unterhalb des Grundstücks störte uns nicht. Im Gegenteil....so hatten wir täglich frische Erdbeeren, Marmelade und Honig. Zum See ist es nicht weit....auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar, wenn man gerne wandert kein Problem. Für alle die es gerne etwas ruhiger mögen😀�

Zeer nette en propere blokhut in een rustige en aangename omgeving. Jammer dat de boer het mooie uitzicht voor een stuk belemmerd met zijn recent geplaatste serres. Voor ons was de blokhut te klein voor 5 personen. Met 3 tienerkinderen was er onvoldoende slaapplaats. Ook aan de eettafel buiten en binnen was het heel krap om met zijn allen voldoende ontspannen te eten. De blokhut is wel geschikt voor een gezin van vier. Mooie uitstappen gedaan in de omgeving. Heerlijk vertoeven aan het meer en in de bergen.

Es handelt sich hier um ein schönes Ferienhaus. Neu und sehr sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher, war alles top in Ordnung. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Küchen-Wohnbereich sind nicht so optimal, die Stühle sind eher unbequem. Das Sofa steht etwas unpraktisch. Wer an der Fenster Seite sitzt, hat keine Sicht auf das TV Gerät. Dafür sind die Betten sehr bequem, wir haben hier super geschlafen. Das Haus hat zwei Wohnungen.. ähnlich eines Doppelhauses. Wir haben die etwas größere WH gemietet. Es gibt an der Wh direkt keinen Sitzplatz (Terrasse..). Man muss um das Haus gehen, über die Straße, dort befindet sich der Bungalow auf einem umzäunten Grundstück. Der Zaun ist auf den Bilder nicht zu sehen. Frühstücken oder Abendessen draußen ist somit etwas umständlich, da man Alles raus bringen muss. Der Blick auf die Berge, wenn man den Platz nutzt, super schön!! Die Zufahrt ist am Anfang etwas abenteuerlich, aber nach ein paarmal hoch und runter fahren hat man sich daran gewöhnt. Zu Fuß ist es eine sportliche Aktion, ca 150 - 200 Höhenmeter. Zum See geht man am besten rechts, die Straße, entlang. Es ist ein schöner Weg..er geht durch Wiesen und Wald, ein guter Kompromiss, zur steilen Straße links runter. Das Haus liegt an einer kleinen Straße, diese wird von den Einheimischen gut genutzt, Hinter dem Haus ist ein kleiner landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb. TV auf deutsch ist vorhanden, die Programme liegen etwas verteilt nach hinten. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen COOP Markt, mit freundlichen Personal , die etwas größere Ausführung gibt es in Pieve. ( auch Produkte aus der Region) Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt. Für MTB ist dieses Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Chalet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und sehr sympathisch. Sie spricht nur wenig Deutsch, kein Englisch, die Korrespondenzsprache ist italienisch. Schwierig bei der Kontaktaufnahme. Die Fotos erwecken aber den Eindruck, dass das Chalet etwas größer ist. Das Chalet liegt ziemlich einsam und ist nur über einen teilweise nicht befestigten, einspurigen Weg durch den Ort und den Wald zu erreichen. Bei Gegenverkehr muss immer in Ausweichstellen oder Grundstückseinfahrten ausgewichen werden, was nicht sehr einfach ist, zudem, wenn man ein größeres Kfz (SUV) fährt. Die angegebene Adresse hat mein Navi nicht angenommen. Folgende Mängel müssen zudem berücksichtigt werden: kein WLAN, kein deutsches TV (für deutsche Gäste), keine Kaffeemaschine, nur ein Filter mit einer Glaskanne. Der Filter passt aber nicht zur Glaskanne, man muss ihn beim Wasser einfüllen festhalten. Das fehlende WLAN und TV sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß und entsprechen nicht dem doch gehobenen Preis.
