Location close to everything

Wonderful in every way! Fantastic location in an over 100 year old Riad. So many nooks and crannies offering creative photo opportunities, so great to relax and read. Our room looked out onto a courtyard with orange trees, felt like we were back in time! Beds were comfy with extra blankets if needed, ensuite toilet and shower all clean. Room also had air-conditioner/heater. Host was very welcoming and attentive, he arranged SUV taxi to pick us up from airport so no trouble finding property. Roof top was beautiful comfy seats both in shade and to sunbathe, many hours spent here. Very quiet despite being in the middle of old town full of vendors, little streets to get lost in and re-find yourself, excellent food in cafes all around, would recommend ones with roof tops. When you walk in to the Riad the noise and bustle of the city immediately fades away. Superb find and we will definitely be back!

Nothing it was all good!

- The building itself is very nice in terms of decoration and design. - There is a very nice relaxation area on the roof which is a huge advantage when the weather is nice. - Location is not bad, around 20 min walk to main square. - If you are a muslim then nearest mosque is 3 minutes away by walk. - Some of the employees were very nice and cheerful. Especially the ladies. May God bless them. - we got free early check in which was very nice - we were able to keep our luggage at the property for free some hours after check out time, which was very nice as well

- Some of the employees were quite grumpy and mean like this middle age dude who is like a front desk agent. When I politely asked him for a mug of hot water to make myself coffee (which is absolutely basic request!) he was super grumpy and told me "this is not a restaurant" and then proceeded to provide them anyway. - Our room was quite dirty, a lot of surfaces were full of dust and mite - because this year (2026) is particularly humid and full of rain so the bathroom is full of mold. Because of pouring rain the sewage also gets quite full in Marrakesh and it causes the bathroom and the whole room to smell terribly like sewage in addition to the smell of mold. - the property is full of cats, while we do love cats and we pet them all the time, the problem is that a lot of them are males and they walk all over the place and mark their territory so it smells like cat piss on corridors and even inside the rooms as well - the arrangment of furniture in the rooms is awful, there was no wardrobe to keep the belongings, and there was barely any floor-space available. It's full of uselles cupboards which are just taking space and you can't keep much stuff in it anyway. - the sink in the bathroom was leaking water on the floor so you could only use very weak water pressure - there was no feet-wipe in front of bathroom door and since the carpet in the room was filthy so you would end up with bunch of dirt on your feet every time you exit the bathroom. - the lamps in the room are extremely weak so after sunset you get barely any light in the room, you cannot read books or do anything which requires decent amount of light
