Staff was very courteous and accomodating. I had peace of mind staying at this place. As it is a Riad and in Medina, this place offered to experience the culture and tradition more closely. I will stay at this place again.

The riad is lovely and the hosts are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is absolutely delicious! Very well located in Medina, easy to get to anywhere. We had a minor misunderstanding with the room when we arrived, as we had booked one type of room and were given a different kind, but it was sorted quickly. All in all, a positive experience.
