From the second we booked the accomodation all the way through to arriving, our stay and the check out process the service was outstanding. Renato and Sheli have an immaculately clean accomodation in the middle of the old town but somehow maintain complete silence overnight without even a peep from the streets. Their service is incredible they welcomed us as soon as we got there and got up at 6am to make us an early breakfast for our early check-out. They looked after our car and parked it in a private car park while we were in the mountains and brought it back to the guesthouse on the day we arrived back to the guest house. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay we will be recommending them to anyone who goes to Shkoder.
We cannot fault them, the stay was outstanding.

InTown is a wonderful guest house in the heart of the old town of Shkoder. The hosts were incredibly welcoming. They found us a safe space for our bikes in the garden and gave us suggestions for where to go for dinner. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Delicious local breakfast is served in the garden. I wanted to stay a bit longer but we had to keep cycling.

Renato was a wonderful host and the guesthouse was excellent. Right in the heart of Shkoder with parking that Renato guided us into. Very comfortable and clean room. Extensive and delicious breakfast that we ate in the garden.
An extra couple of pillows would have been good, as would a shelf in the bathroom. Very minor quibbles though, this was an excellent place.
