It is very safe. There are no crimes in Dubrovnik and teenagers can go to the old town by foot anytime of the day or night without any risk. Even if alone. There are numerous waterfront beach bars and restaurants to enjoy nearby. This location is on of the two very best in Dubrovnik.

"This was a perfect location, about an 8 min walk to the main bus station to old town, and about an 8 min walk to the beach. It's ground floor, but up a hill so it's a bit steep to get there.
