All aspects of this property are amazing! The communication of pre arrival information was so helpful. It truly made our stay worry free! The property is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping which we took advantage of daily. The pools and beach access were our favorite part! The actual condo unit was perfect! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. We will be visiting Hilton Head again!

We were traveling for a family gathering, unfortunately there was some unexpected work that was being done at the property. We didn’t find out til just over a week from our arrival but they did give us options to try and accommodate the inconvenience. We ultimately kept our reservation at this property despite the construction. The unit itself was exactly as it was listed. Had it not been under construction I would have probably given it 5 stars. I greatly appreciated their communication and efforts to give us options. It’s in a great location with a beautiful view (when not under construction).

There was plenty of space for 10 of us. We love the Coligny area and the proximity to the beach and view were amazing. The grounds are well maintained but the building, fitnesss and pool area were in need of maintenance. The condo was somewhat tired and had some mechanical issues. Overall we were pleased.
