Welcome to “My Sunshine”, your classic Hilton Head Vacation Home Away from Home.
47 Dune is an oceanfront property with a spacious home, private beach deck, and a private pool. Its a perfect family beach house for anyone looking to getaway.
The house has a wonderful layout for multiple families as it has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 2 dining areas. As you walk into the front door you are greeted
by stairs and a hallway leading to the first floor living area and the first three bedrooms! Once you enter the door, it opens up to the small but well equip kitchen with all of your cooking needs. Just past the kitchen is the spacious living room, perfect for family get togethers! Also on the first floor is fist guest bedroom that features 2 twin beds. The next guest bedroom has a king bed and access to the back patio. These rooms share the ground level bathroom as well. Also, on the ground level is the laundry room with an additional twin bed.
Upstairs is the main floor of the house. On the main floor, there is an open kitchen, living room, dining room, and bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with ample cabinet space and an eat-in breakfast bar. The dining room has seating for 8 and is centrally located so everyone can enjoy meals together. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and ocean views. Just off the living room are the bedrooms.
The first guest bedroom features a king bed and shares a bathroom with the hallway. Next is the king guest bedroom with an additional twin bed, en-suite bath, and flat screen. On the other side of the living room are the master bedroom and bath with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the back deck. The back deck has ample seating and overlooks the luxurious pool deck.
Enjoy al fresco dining with the gas grill. At the pool, there are plenty of places to soak up the sun including a private sun deck and beach access.

We were looking for a place for two families with 3 grandchildren to be able to have plenty of living space, and close proximity to a pool and the beach...this was the place! Each of the grandkids loved being able to pick out their own bedrooms, with plenty of space left for the grownups. The downstairs was like an apartment in itself.Being able to walk out to the pool and beach was the bonus! The property is well maintained, with plenty of kitchen supplies and a grill to make dining in a great option. There is also a grocery store as well as other shops nearby for all of your needs.Highly recommend this location for your Hilton Head vacation!

Beautiful home! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! They had amazing communication and went above and beyond to help and coordinate things for us! The location of the home is amazing and the pool was so fun! Easy to walk to so many things! Will definitely book this home again!

Loved the house. It was a great layout for our family. Family appreciated a bathroom for each bedroom. Living room had plenty of seating for looking at the ocean or watching TV. Swimming pool was much enjoyed by the grandchildren when we finally got them pulled away from the beach. Would love to return next summer.
