In the middle of all the best of downtown Greenville is 654 S MAIN STREET! This 1 BR, 1 Bath condo (with a sofa sleeper) is modern and sleek but still cozy with exposed brick and an open concept. Everything you want during your stay is within a pedestrian-friendly walking distance such as shopping, street-side dining, and loads of entertainment. This area will have you charmed being in the heart of Falls Park with the breezes of Reedy River Falls throughout the shade of its lush green-ways.
The space
You will love the awesome location! This area is shady and breezy with wide sidewalks making it a pleasant stroll to see and do whatever you want — riverfront gardens, waterfall views, nature walks, coffee shops, breakfast spots, breweries, and eateries on the water — all a part of a good, downtown vibe with live music and artistic venues. Like to shop? Come on down. Or in town on business? It won’t feel like work in this town! And after it all, relax in one of our stylish, contemporary condos which feature large kitchen, complimentary wifi, widescreen smart TVs, and more. And feel free to book all three units for larger groups (#2, #3, and #4) We hope to see you soon! Things to note: there is a keypad to get into the building, and then there is a digital lock to get in the door. Also, this unit has skylights for windows as opposed to traditional style windows. Parking: There is one complimentary parking pass for a reserved parking space in the onsite parking lot. We suggest for guests that have an additional vehicle to park it within walking distance at the Embassy Suites parking garage or the Hall's Chophouse parking deck. These both are operated by the City of Greenville with the rate being $7.24 for 24 hours. Furthermore, street-side parking near the condo is subject to availability and free on weekends.

Let me start by saying my wife and I were at this unit for ten days/nine nights, not the normal two day weekend or extended weekend, so take this review knowing this. This is a long review but you should read it in its entirety to capture my points.Overall, we were very pleased with the apartment, the photos do not do the unit justice, as it is extremely spacious, plenty of room to set up, move around, and not be in each others way like a hotel room would be. All the amenities you would require when renting a VRBO apartment, i.e., silverware, dishes, pots/pans, glasses, Keurig, and the full size refrigerator/freezer(the ice maker is wonderful makes ice like a champ), and so on. The TVs (again nine night) great, great, great.The location is spot on, walk out the front door and you are in the middle of everything, I mean "literal" steps from restaurants/bars, etc., and the best is a great store(Spinx), right out the door with ready made food, beer/wine, just a great place, we were there everyday, grabbed a beer in the afternoon and sat out and people watched.Reason I gave four stars; I specifically asked if the elevator was working, " I was told "operating" because there are five stairs to get in the back door where you park (yes not bad but do this with luggage, cooler, bags etc., oh yea two replaced knees, and the front door you have three small flights (20 stairs) to get to the main floor. Need new bath towels, I wash my car with better, bed sheets replace.

The condo was great - very clean and well equipped. The host, John, provided clear details about parking, building entry locations, and everything else we needed to know. The condo's location was fantastic. We walked all around the beautiful downtown area where there was an abundance great restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to a place to rent bikes and enjoyed a long ride on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. There is plenty to do and see in the area, and this was a great home base.

Absolutely loved our stay! This was such a cute place — clean, well-furnished, and in the perfect downtown location. We were able to walk to several great restaurants, shops, and Falls Park. It was the perfect little getaway spot, and we’ll definitely be booking again for a quick night away!
