House "Ker Michel" for 6 people
3 bedrooms

This holiday home is ideally located on the Rhuys peninsula in Sarzeau, halfway between the Gulf of Morbihan and the ocean.
Nearby you will find: the coastal paths, the beaches of St Jacques (4 km accessible by cycle paths) and its sailing school, the Gulf and its islands (Ile aux Moines, Ile d'Arz, Ile de Gavrini with its cairn, ...), the castle of Suscinio, St-Gildas-de-Rhuys with its abbey church, its golf course and its cliffs, the port of Crouesty and its casino, the ornithological reserve of Séné or Vannes and its magnificent medieval city...
The 90 m2 house (semi-detached), located in a quiet cul-de-sac and in the immediate vicinity of the cycle paths, is 1 km from the town centre of Sarzeau (accessible by bike by secure cycle paths) where you will find all amenities (including bike rental) as well as a daily market (large market on Thursdays and Saturdays, including outside school holidays).
Accommodating 6 people, it includes:
On the first floor:
- 1 bright living room of 45 m² with flat screen TV
- 1 fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.
- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and private shower
- 1 separate toilet
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed
- 1 bedroom with 3 beds in 90 cm (including 2 bunk beds - reserved for children)
- 1 powder room
- and 1 separate toilet
Outside:
- Facing south, a pleasant little garden with flowers and trees as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture and parasol will allow you to have your meals in the sun and enjoy a moment of relaxation with your family.
- To the north you also have a small exterior with a gas barbecue.

Pets are not allowed
All beds are equipped with 60x60 duvets and pillows
We can provide you with baby equipment on request: cot and high chair (not secured)
For added convenience, we can provide towels (6€/pers) and bed linen (10€/single bed and 15€/double bed)

The accommodations are non-smoking and pets are not allowed
From 15 October to 30 March, electricity is up to 60 kWh/day (over €0.2 kw/h)

Séjour très agréable ds une jolie maison lumineuse ,
spacieuse , confortable , décorée avec goût !
Surtout Mme Merle qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement ds sa maison de famille , laissant à notre disposition les
livres et jeux pr les enfants ..
