Welcome to this family home in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, ideally located between sea and gulf and not far from beaches and the town centre, perfect for a rejuvenating stay. Fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people (4 adults and 3 children), it offers a peaceful setting, away from the city. It has a fully enclosed garden, a terrace fitted with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy beautiful days outdoors. The Govelins beach, just 4 km away, invites you to swimming, water activities and family relaxation. Local restaurants and shops are also nearby to enhance your stay. Enjoy this house to rest and discover the Rhuys Peninsula.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a large living space with access to the terrace. The modern and open kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and offers you everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine are at your disposal. Share your meals at the dining table for 7 people or prefer the one on the terrace on beautiful days. Extend the evening in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofas in front of the television.
