About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 80 m² house in Sarzeau for rent, which can accommodate 6 to 8 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 130 m² garden.
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 30 m² living room with sofa, TV, wood-burning stove (wood not provided) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room adjoining the bedroom
- Separate WC
First floor
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 130 m² private enclosed garden
- An 18 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Giant maze in a cornfield
- Escape game / laser game
- Celty's World (accrobranche activities)
- Hiking and water sports
- Visit the Gulf of Morbihan
- The nearest beach is 4 km away: plage du Rohaliguen.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in front of the house (2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Vannes 25 km (25 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Nantes 112 km (1h25 by car)
