Location is perfect
Cold shower. Very noisy. Old furniture and uncomfortable basic bed. Overall low maintenance (old paint on the walls, old kitchen with broken cabinet, stains of cigarettes burns on furniture)

It was absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. The room is dirty, the towels are smelly, the floors were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, there were spider webs everywhere. The staff is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful, the check in is at 3 pm and we were waiting for someone to come and give us the keys for half and hour, they were telling us the whole time that they will be there in 2 minutes and for a moment we thought that nobody will show up. Also if you are thinking about reserving airport transportation DON’T. It is unnecessarily expensive, our flight to Milan was delayed for 1 hour and the driver told us that we need to pay 30 euros more because he was waiting for us (???). It wasn’t our fault that the flight was delayed. The whole price for transportation was 170 euros, but if you look for taxi online, it goes up to 120 euros. It is also very loud, it is not good for sleeping, we kept the window closed for the whole night but the isolation is terrible and you can hear everything, it feels like the window is open for the whole time, it’s very loud. If you have any questions for the staff they will not answer you, we had a problem with the hairdryer and the electrical outlet, I was sending them messages on Whatsapp and Booking, they didn’t answer me for 5 days. They don’t care if you have any type of problem in the apartment and they just vanish, you can never contact them. It was horrible, I would never come back and I would never recommend anyone to go, because if the check out is at 10 am and check in is at 3pm, how is it possible that they can’t clean the apartment for 5 hours and be late for the check in? Disgusting.

Appartamento molto trascurato

Pulizia sommaria, cuscini delle sedie macchiati e sporchi nonostante fosse stato già segnalato in precedenti recensioni, assenza di prese vicino al letto, fili elettrici protetti da canaline esterne antiestetiche, plafoniera piena di polvere, alcuni mobili con segni di bruciature, mobili ingialliti dovuti probabilmente da scarsa pulizia, infissi interni in legno totalmente rovinati, vetrata a mosaico presente solo in foto, vetri vecchi coperti da tendine impolverate, rivestimento della porta di ingresso danneggiata dall'umidità, porta del bagno deformata dall'umidità, asciugacapelli vecchio e poco funzionante. L'appartamento necessita di manutenzione e lavori di ristrutturazione ma soprattutto di una pulizia profonda.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione perfetta per chi deve esplorare la città ed i navigli.
E molto silenzioso ed il letto è comodo.
L'appartamento si è presentato pulito e ordinato.
L'arredo è molto datato, sarebbe il caso di cambiare e aggiornare un po' tutto, il bagno invece è accettabile.
Abbiamo trovato i cuscini sulle sedie con delle macchie, armadi sbeccati, viti sporgenti dentro etc.
Con poca manutenzione e qualche cambio mobile si potrebbe abbellire molto.
Da cambiare assolutamente serratura della casa, zero sicura!

La posizione è perfetta per una serata ai navigli o perdersi nel centro della città,
La posizione è perfetta, peccato che in questi mesi il tram numero 3 che in 10 fermate ti porta in pieno centro è deviato, ma a piedi in 20 minuti si è al duomo. L'appartamento è silenzioso nonostante si affacci su una strada trafficata. L'ascensore è sempre gradito.
La finestra sopra alla porta fa entrare troppa luce la mattina, non ci sono ganci in bagno per appendere asciugamani e altro. Non ho trovato la luce dell'atrio al secondo piano.

La mattina mi sono svegliato senza acqua calda, ho cercato di contattare la struttura per la segnalare il problema, ma nessuno mi ha più considerato. Quando era il momento di confermare l’orario di arrivo ho però ricevuto diverse telefonate che pressavano per la conferma. Ho provato a contattare la struttura più volte per provare a discutere del problema, ma la recensione negativa è l’unico strumento che mi hanno lasciato.

Obsługa nie była pomocna , nie wskazała dogodnej drogi do apartamentu sugerując żeby użyć Google map( a jeśli ktoś jest słabowidzący lub nie ma internetu)
Zameldowanie na Booking.com podane jest o godz. 15 - personel stwierdził że nie ma szans wcześniej się zameldować jak o 16.00 a my byliśmy już w Mediolanie o 10 rano .
W apartamencie są inne niż europejskie gniazdka i tylko jedna końcówka - w opisie apartamentu powinno być zaznaczone że trzeba specjalne końcówki do gniazdka- włoskie stare gniazdka .
