About this apartment rental
The apartment is on the second floor of a recently renovated building situated in the third courtyard (preserved clay) of an ancient and quiet Milan village not far from the dock, the Navigli and the fashion district. An island of silence and peace located in the most vibrant area of the city center.
It is featuring a living area with fully equipped kitchen, a bright double bedroom with two large windows, closet and comfortable desk, the bathroom is windowed and preceded by dressing the clubhouse with large shower and sink. An intimate and cozy apartment with high wooden ceilings with exposed beams, typical porcelain tile floor in relief and furniture in teak style from Asia vintage wood, chosen one by one personally.
The comforts of home such as air conditioning and heating, wireless internet connection and ethernet cable is optical fiber 100Mb, maximum speed currently available in the city. LED TV 42 "and Blu-ray player with Smart Active NETFLIX service, are also available to guests. E 'included in the price, the supply of towels and sheets.
In the evening, when the great door of access to the village is closed, the peace and tranquility descend on the apartment and the small village; switch from calm to excitement of the nightlife but takes only a few minutes. In the adjacent Piazza XXIV Maggio you are instantly immersed in the nightlife of canals, the most vibrant and exciting of the entire city of Milan.

This property is brilliantly located, only minutes from a major tram stop, which allows easy access all over the city. The surrounding area of Navigli is cool, and vibrant, with so many excellent cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is located in a quiet courtyard. First impressions may lead you to believe it will be noisy - but it isn't - it is peaceful and very pleasant. The apartment is spacious for two, with recently modernised kitchen and bathroom, yet retains charm and some old details. it is well equipped - and linens, towels etc are of a good quality. The owner could not be more helpful and friendly - throughout the whole process, providing excellent directions and a friendly, personal welcome. Would certainly return.

Wir waren zu dritt für ein langes Wochenende in Mailand und haben mit Andreas Apartment die perfekte Unterkunft gefunden. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Mailand sind zu Fuß erreichbar, ganz in der Nähe finden sich viele Restaurants und Bars. Da sich die Wohnung in einem Innenhof befindet, ist es trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es gibt alles was man braucht!
Andrea war immer gut erreichbar und die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Son appartement est très bien situé, à 5 minutes du quartier animé des canaux (Navigli).
Le lieu est calme.
L'appartement est très récent, bien équipé, joli et spacieux.
