A quaint and friendly neighborhood, with large backyard for kids playing or relaxing in the breeze way with morning coffee. Biking or walking around the neighborhood is safe and fun on a sunny day. Though you may feel in the country you are very close to downtown Huntingburg, 8 miles to Downtown Jasper. House is cozy and relaxing for a weekend away or if you're looking for activities Holiday World (18 Miles), Patoka Lake, French Lick Casino & West Baden Hotel (27 Miles).

No smoking permitted inside and pets are not allowed. 2 twin air mattresses, Pack N Play, and high chair are available upon request. Sheets and towels are provided for all beds and guest. Access to washer and dryer in basement is available. 2 Adult bikes and 3 small children bikes are in garage.

We came into town for the Red, White, and Brauen concert and booked this house to stay in. It was perfect for our needs. It was like going to grandma’s house! It was very clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood, and had comfortable beds. All we really used the property for was sleeping and bathing (always had plenty of hot water).

This was the perfect stay for our family of five. It was nice to have somewhere to come "home" and get comfy after a long day at Holiday World. We loved this beautiful little house. It was perfect for my big family. There are three bedrooms, and there were books, toys and coloring books and crayons in the closet of one room. A playpen and highchair were also there. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and other appliances you might need (or want), ie a blender, a crockpot, there was even several cookbooks. It’s a great place in a nice quiet neighborhood.

My husband and I stayed with our son and his family. We came to the area to go to Holiday World. The location was perfect. The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need right down to a pack ‘n play, high chair, and toys for the kids. The beds were very comfortable. Irene was great to communicate with. She responded quickly to questions and was even kind enough to keep an eye out for a lost toy after we left. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home with spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, and nice living area. Only one bathroom, however it was huge and worked out just fine. The breezeway was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the day. House was super clean and had absolutely everything we needed. IGA in town was very nice and well stocked, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Owner was very responsive and answered our questions right away. Highly recommend this home!

Pleasantly surprised to find this 3bedroom 1bath home on VRBO within a mile of my family’s holiday gathering home which provided ample space for 4 adults, privacy and many conveniences over the Christmas holiday. Comfortable space and Irene our host was in great communication and provided all the conveniences of home. Stocked kitchen with coffee, condiments and shower needs for our week stay made it a perfect spot. Even had garage access to a much needed snow shovel to battle the record winter storm. We will be repeat guests in the years to come! Thank you Irene!

We picked this home based on how close it was to things we wanted to do. It’s very close to Holiday World. Also close to the Abe Lincoln stuff in the area. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Bed were comfortable. We appreciated the white noise machines in each of the bedrooms. Definitely a good place to stay.

The house was extremely clean and the beds were very soft. There were plenty of toys for little ones to enjoy and a fully stocked kitchen that came in handy. If you are traveling with an elderly loved one this house is perfectly equipped with motorized lift recliner, large bathroom and short walk from driveway to front and side entrance.

Stayed at this property while on a weekend visit to Holiday World. Property was great and although we didn't do much cooking, the kitchen had EVERYTHING you would need. Very clean and comfortable. The property was very close to some grocery stores as well as restuarants.
