About this house rental
This is our guest house. It is a cozy 2 bed 1 bath ranch home. Has all the amenities and comforts of home and located near Ferdinand State Forest. Large master bedroom with queen sized mattress. Guest bedroom with two full sized beds. Both bedrooms are across from the tiled bathroom. Laundry room at the end of the hall way between bathroom and master bedroom. Hardwood floors in main living area and bedrooms. A nice size tiled kitchen with open dining and living space and wood burning fireplace. TV is in the living room area with WIFI availability. The house sleeps five guest across two bedrooms and additional sleeping options in the living areas (sectional couch with pull out full sized bed)

This was a great landing spot to rest after our day at Holiday World. Though we did not need the kitchen, it was well stocked. Everything about this house was comfortable, clean, and host had great communication. The decor is also so cool. Definitely recommend this place!

The property was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hosts are on the property and came to check to see if we needed anything.

Great property but VERY close to the owners home. Owner was super kind and let our kids play on their swing set but also keep coming over talking to us and was clearly drunk. He was super nice but we had no idea how close we would be to them.
