Spacious 3- Bd home in French Lick

Nice property, fine stay.

Overall very nice visit. Nice house. Really enjoyed the time there.

Four of us stayed at the house but there was plenty of room for more. Alot of indoor activites and a relaxing outdoor area to enjoy nature and have a fire

I wanted a bonding moment with my soon to be mother and sister in law and her daughter, myself and my 3 girls. I admit I was a bit nervous at first, I just wanted to make sure everyone was going to have a great time in French Lick, and staying at Brandy's spacious, beautiful and cozy home, was an instant reassurance that we were going to have a wonderful time. We all loved being there and have decided to make our stay an annual place to be. Thank you for everything

This house was perfect for us to get to the casino and Golf at French lick. It was so clean and everything around the house was amazing. The super steep hill getting up to the house was hard to walk up but driving was no problem. Amazing house over all. Super clean and very spacious!

The property is very spacious and clean. Deck is wonderful, just wish it was warmer. My daughter and I had a great time.

We had a niece getting married at the French Lick Resort. We had our sons, their spouses and grand children (5 and under) with us. The huge open space inside with the games and toys, kept everyone entertained. My five year old grand daughter was ready to move in.

Perfect location for a family to enjoy fun Christmas adventures like the Polar Express train, West Baden and French Lick resorts. The property was very clean, looked brand new! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and so many fun games/toys for little ones. Brandy was a very attentive and wonderful host. We will definitely be back!

The house we stayed at in French Lick was very clean and spacious. It was family friendly. There were many games for us to play, as well as a fire pit to wind down for the night. The location was convenient since it was walking distance to the downtown area. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

This is a very nice and spacious place to stay. All communication was timely and friendly. We appreciated the games and toys. There was plenty to keep the kids busy while hanging out at the house. The owner has done a lot of detailed things to make this a great place to stay. I will recommend it to friends.

Very Clean with a Great Location

Very clean property. Nice little touches like a grill and bag of charcoal. Our son is in a wheelchair and we found the place really great for us. Everything is on one level except for the fire pit at the bottom of the property. Lots of space to maneuver. One note we had to back in because we have a side entry ramp van and the at grade driveway is shared so we had to park closer to the house than the ramp would allow. House is less than a mile from downtown French Lick.

The property was very clean, neighborhood was quiet and everything was withing 5 minutes of where we stayed. Host was extrememly friendly and prompt of returning messages. Would definitely rent again.

Great space! Appreciate the gathering space, comfortable furniture and extras for fun on rainy days. Easy walk to town, good exercise up the hill back!

A great stay with a few buddies for our 50th birthday's. We loved the house, loved the casino, and the “Block Bash festival was icing on the cake. More than likely coming back next year!

House is extremely clean and communication with the owner is exceptional. Layout of the house is perfect for spending time with friends and family.

Cannot say enough nice things about our experience. The host was very communicative and friendly. The house was extremely clean and very kid friendly! All outlets had covers, there was a ton of room for kids to run and play and nothing for them to pull down or hurt themselves with. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great. Right in the heart of the town. This was absolute perfect!

We came to French Lick for a week long vacation and rented the Summit house. From the start of communications with the host to the end of our stay I couldn’t be more happy. This host was super friendly and very accommodating. The house was exactly as posted on VRBO and was wonderful. The cleanliness of the property was spectacular which I truly appreciate. The living space was huge and each bedroom was comfortable and clean. Had four amazing days in French Lick and will definitely be back. I highly recommend doing the Wilstem Wildlife Park as the drive thru safari was amazing along with the private elephant encounter. The French Lick scenic railway was great. This house was in the perfect location! Thank you!

Stayed here for a long girls’ weekend and loved this “little” house. We thought the pics posted were taken with a special lens to make rooms look bigger, but pics are accurate! There were three of us, so we loved that there were three big beds, and the couch is huge and comfy for movie nights! Everything was very clean, amenities were perfect, and check in was flawless once we figured out the lock. Driving the neighborhood hills had us nervous-laughing (especially in the dark!) as we’re from the flat-as-a-pancake parts of IL, but made for more of an adventure lol! We explored the resorts and ate at many of the restaurants, rode the scenic train, and spent a day hiking and enjoying Patoka Lake. It was a great trip! Highly recommend this house!

very spacious and clean

Excellent home for kids - so much room to play! The 4 year old said, “I can see the whole city from here.” It does have an amazing view of the Hotel, and with all the Christmas lights - WOW! We could also hear the train whistle for the Polar Express. Which made for great conversation about Christmas and Santa. Clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Very clean and good location to everything

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. It is very large with hardwood floors throughout and completely remodeled. First night no corkscrew! Next morning the coffee pot did not work! Both were reported to owner and hopefully will be replaced for the next tenant. Bring your clothes on hangers as there is only 1 closet in the house and it only has 6 hangers to use. The master bedroom has a dresser and closet the other 2 bedrooms do not. The second bedroom has a linen closet you can fold your clothes and stack on shelves. It also has a small cabinet you can put your folded clothes in. The 3rd bedroom has no closet or dresser. The 2nd bathroom does not have a hair dryer. The only TV is in the living room. I think TV's should be in the bedrooms too. Also the halls are so wide that shelves could be put up for linens and towels and the linen closet be turned into a regular closet. Area rugs would be nice in the bedrooms. Drapes in the living room are hard to open they need tiebacks to hold them. This property has lots of potential just needs some improvements!

Pleaseantly surprised by the size! Would stay here again!
