The spacious living and dining area with modern kitchen offers guests comfort. The apartment offers a pull-out sofa, a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances and a comfortable seating area that can accommodate a total of 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee machine. The cozy balcony, with 2 seats and a small side table, can be reached either through the living and dining room or through one of the bedrooms. In general, the apartment house is equipped with a lift in the stairwell, its own ski and bike room and an electric charging station. In summer, the Joker Card with numerous offers and discounts is included for free. The accommodation is located in the center of Saalbach Hinterglemm and is only a few meters away from the “Kohlmaisbahn” ski station. The center of the community with restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Larger ski areas can be reached in less than 10km.

Positiv: Zentrale Lage mit kurzen Wegen zur Kohlmaisbahn Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus Haltestelle für Bus in der Nähe (Tourismusbüro) Moderne Einrichtung Sehr saubere Wohnung bei Ankunft Gute Küchenausstattung, Starterpaket an Spüma-Tabs und Kaffeekapseln recht großzügig Aufzug im Haus Negativ: Fahrradraum definitiv (noch) zu klein Abluftanlage der Küche und Pumpe des Pools vom angrenzenden Hotel Gapp manchmal recht laut, wenn man auf Balkon sitzt Küche: Sieb für das Abgießen für Spaghetti wäre hilfreich, mehr Geschirrtücher hilfreich, kein Wäscheständer vorhanden
