We enjoyed the location, the air conditioning, and the terrace immensely. It had everything we needed for the 6 nights we were there and was in a very lively neighborhood as well as being close to the train station and beach.
The wifi was pretty much non-existent and we found it difficult to get ahold of the hosts at times.

Nothing really but the sofa bed was not very comfy to sit on.

Excellent convenient location on the ramblas. Modern very clean apartment, keyless entry, bedrooms and shower facilities very good, Host was responsive and knowledgeable on queries. Storage lockers for luggage after checkout.
Additional payment of unexpected 68 euros commission on top of agreed Booking com price, the apartment feels very bare with nothing on walls to break up vast white walls and nothing on the floors. Kitchen facilities whilst functional lacked kitchen towels, oven gloves no coffee pods etc.

The location. The penthouse balcony. The communication with the host, Alan. The ability to be able to store your luggage after checking out.
The bed size was too small in apartment 502. The couch / bed is uncomfortable as the cushions constantly slide forward. The apartment is sparce, just the very basics.
