Everything was just perfect! The apartament was clean and well equipped.
The lady at the reception was so nice and polite.
We enjoyed every moment of our stay and we will definitely be back!

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. We had appartment 35 and the layout was perfect for us - 2 large double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen/diner, good aircon -- and a HUGE terrace and sunshades and lots of furniture
Tiny niggle but we could have done with better cleaning equipment - the mop and brush were on their last legs, so the floors got grubby quickly

I really like the location in general and I loved it that my room had an overlook onto the Ramblawith large windows that opened onto that Rambla. I liked the kitchen and the separate bedroom. I appreciate that I had an elevator.
I was not made aware that there would be no cleaning service and that I would be expected to purchase cleaning supplies except for the one dishwasher tablet. I did not like the €30 cost consequence if any trash was left in the room and the €60 cost consequence if the dishes were not thoroughly washed and put away.

Perfect Location on Rambla Nova, plenty of food venues close by. Large spacious clean apartment with good standard of interior design. Large fridge / freezer, good shower, air con. Ability to open up windows overlooking Main Street. We had apartment 28 which was perfect for our needs.
Pool was baltic.
