The beach is approximately a 1 km walk away, and there are many excellent restaurants and amenities within easy walking distance. The property is also conveniently located just few meters from Plaça de les Cols.
There is a kebab restaurant located below the apartment that stays open until midnight. As a result, it can be noisy at night, with customers occasionally being loud.

l'emplacement de l'appartement dans le centre ville près des restaurants, de la cathédrale. La plage n'est pas loin à pieds. Un parking près de l’appartement qui est malgré tout assez cher surtout si vous ne faites pas la réservation par internet.
L’escalier qui est très difficile et étroit. Environ 50 marches à monter avec un endroit sans rampe. Cet appartement n'est pas accessible à tous. Problème avec la Poignée de porte de la chambre au grand lit et aucun torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle.

De 4 verdiepen hoog met de trap is misschien niet voor iedereen.

Excellent location and modern interior design in the apartment.
Home Textiles (towels and sheets) are not clean at all, especially towels with stains on it, some of them turned to grey, and sheets with a bad smell, probably washed in very short programme that was not sufficient for proper hygiene.
