The location was perfect. The apartment was nice; it seemed to have been renovated recently.

First check-in: It took me half an hour to get into the apartment — in 35°C heat, that was a near-collapse experience. The person I was in contact with didn't respond, not even after I messaged and called. They only returned my call several hours later. Luckily, I managed to get in on my own. The core problem was that check-in didn't use keys, a card, or a code — just a link, which didn't work at first. Cleanliness: Almost everything I touched in the flat was dirty. Supplies: We stayed 6 nights and were given only 2 coffees, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 towels, and 1 trash bag — even though the posted instructions said trash should be emptied daily. There was a washing machine, but no detergent. Maintenance: I had to tighten at least 3 loose screws myself just to be able to open the cupboards.
