This beautifully updated 2-bedroom condo has everything needed for your Kailua-Kona trip. The condo comes with 3 A/C units, in house washer and dryer and free parking. During your stay you can also enjoy using a convenient pool, hot tub and grilling area. Our Airbnb is within walking distance from several popular restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops, with an ocean view along the way. An ideal base to explore Kailua-Kona.

The kitchen is fully equiped and updated. Shower and sink updated in bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen floor was not clean. 2 of 6 lights in kitchen spot lighti g work. Everything else was clean. Lots of paint peeling off all walls in bathroom and some in other areas. No proper table to sit around. No chairs. Just uncomfortable stools. No coffee table or end tables to set a book or drink down in LR. No place to put suitcases, had to leave and use on floor. No drape on big picture window. Patio shade is tattered and cannot be rolled up due to broken rollers so it flaps over table making it useless and blocks view. Very unattractive and no ocean view. The pictures on website are not accurate. Location is good except the road noise is loud.
