This was my second stay here, this time with my sister and as before it was fabulous. It feels like a cosy home rather than just a holiday let. Lots of pictures, books and things to make your stay easy. The self check in is great so it doesn’t matter what time you arrive. Perfect for us since we drove from the UK. The apartment is clean, tidy and wonderfully spacious. The kitchen is small but well equipped and we cooked frequently. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage. The large windows allowed plenty of sunshine to make it bright and airy. Parking directly outside, for free, is definitely a bonus. The bus stops to take you towards Nice or Monaco are only a few minutes walk away as is the beach. Perfect for getting around or soaking up the sunshine. We loved our time here and look forward to a return trip. Many thanks Massimo.

If I could give this property and Massimo 6 stars out of 5, I would.
The apartment was beautiful, very clean and it was a joy to stay in it. It was well stocked with everything you could wish for and for the first time in a long time, I actually cooked whilst staying in an apartment.
I loved the nautical theme of the decoration and spent ages just admiring all the pictures on the wall.
Communication with Massimo was superb too, clear and precise instructions were given and he was only too happy to help.
All in all, I would thoroughly recommend a stay, we loved it
