Located just 3.5 miles from Flintfields Horse Park, home of the Traverse City Spring Shows, Great Lakes Equestrian Festival and American Gold Cup, this quiet, beautifully maintained home is ideal for equestrian travelers, families, and anyone seeking a relaxing Northern Michigan getaway.
The home has been fully refreshed and thoughtfully furnished, featuring new mattresses, luxury linens, updated fixtures, and stylish décor throughout. Bedrooms and the sunroom have been completely remodeled, creating a calm, comfortable space to unwind. The large, fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy and fun. A Miracle Memory Foam sofa sleeper in the sunroom provides additional sleeping flexibility.
Acute House in the Woods feels secluded yet is conveniently located just minutes from shopping, beaches, golf courses, restaurants, wineries, and Turtle Creek Casino—close to everything, but wonderfully private.

Nestled in a mature forest, the property offers peaceful walking paths, a meandering creek, and frequent wildlife sightings including bald eagles, foxes, and deer. Enjoy evenings around the large bonfire pit or cook out on the gas grill, surrounded by nature and fresh air.

Fantastic property! And even more fantastic hosts! We had a group of employees stay at Jill’s house for over a month and they couldn’t have been happier. Everything was seamless and easy- which is so much appreciated when living on the road! We’ll definitely been return guests!
