Dock details: The freshwater fishing dock is located at the corner of Lagoon Road and Back Bay Drive.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was so perfect! Location is great to the beach, short drive to everything we did on IOP. Love that every bedroom had its own bathroom!

Overall great place. Could use a few touch ups in the bathrooms. A/C came on when trying to use heat but more than likely user error.

This home is spacious, in a good location, has a small side yard, and room for all. It could be a gem.
However, at our visit, we found many problems.The house is shabby , porches were very dirty, the grill caught fire, the washer did not work. There were plenty of pots and pans and dishes, but few drinking glasses and more.
We contacted Vacasa on Saturday and Sunday and received a text response, but no action. On Monday, we went to the office. Contacted the Property Manager too. She responded once but not the second time.
The grill was replaced after we had no use for it, some money was refunded but no washer. Money does not make up for our time and inconvenience on a one week stay.
Don’t think we would book with Vacasa at Isle of Palms again.
