About this house rental
Welcome to Retreat Anna, one of five @RetreatDFW locations. Bring your closest family and friends to enjoy all the fun we could pack on 15 private acres.
Stay cool on the 240-foot water slide, enjoy a round of mini topgolf, or relax in our 20-person hot tub. Then catch the big game while sitting at our 20-foot indoor bar.
With 5,500 square feet of living space, we can sleep the whole family! Let's make some lifelong memories!
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is limited. We are only a text message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
We are in a rural area with minimal neighbors.
The entire house & guest house, plus outdoor amenities, are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
Located just 15 minutes north of McKinney, Retreat Anna has us excited as we continue to push the boundaries of how much fun and activities you can fit on one property.
Our outdoor activities include:
- 140-foot slip-and-slide that lands in a splash pool
- 90-yard driving range
- 20-person hot tub
- Firepit with the wood included
- Frisbee golf
- Mini golf
- Pickleball
- Basketball
- Volleyball
- Corn Hole
- Ping Pong Table
- Tetherball
- Horseshoe pit
- Shuffleboard
- Bocce Ball
- Endless yard games
We have 5,500 square feet of living space to get comfortable or continue the fun. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, we can sleep the whole family comfortably.
The main house includes 5 private bedrooms and 3 full baths, an open kitchen, a wet bar, and a full laundry room.
The guest house has a 20-foot bar and game room with two 70" TVs, a shuffleboard, a pool table, foosball, air hockey, an arcade game, a poker table, and more! Upstairs is an awesome room with a kitchenette, an 85" TV, and plenty of sleeping space. The guest house also has another full bath, an outdoor covered hang-out area, and an upstairs covered deck to overlook all of the activities.
The house and guest house are furnished with nice flat-screen TVs with Dish Network.
In terms of amenities, we’ve got you covered too! You’ll have access to minor yet essential things like: Kitchen supplies, bath towels, pool towels, soap, coffee, oxygen, and more.

We are located in a rural area, so having your own transportation is recommended.
To maintain secure premises, the retreat is equipped with four exterior cameras that record video and audio. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. These cameras face the backyard and driveway.
The person renting the house must be over 25 years old, and must be present during the rental.

We stayed for 6 nights and had a blast. Lots to do inside and out. The manager and the owner kept in touch to insure we had a great time. They went above and beyond any owners that I have ever had in the past 12 years of VRBO's. Couldn't have asked for more. Do yourself a favor and get your family together at Todd's house- "Retreat Anna".

The group had an abaolute blast. The host, owner and groundsmen were all so helpful and made you feel very comfortable. Will be back.
