About this house rental
Welcome to Retreat Mountain Peak, one of six @RetreatDFW locations. Bring your closest family and friends to enjoy all the fun we could pack on 7 private acres.
Stay cool on the water slide, enjoy a round of soccer golf, or catch the game on our outdoor movie screen.
With 6,000 square feet of living space, we can sleep the whole family! Let's make some lifelong memories!
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is limited. We are only a text message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
While you will have your own space, we do have neighbors close by, so noise must be kept respectful.
The entire house & guest house, plus outdoor amenities, are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
With a far off view of the Dallas skyline, Retreat Mountain Peak has us excited as we continue to push the boundaries of how much fun and activities you can fit on one property.
Our outdoor activities include:
- 140-foot slip-and-slide that lands in a splash pool
- Firepit with the wood included
- Frisbee golf
- Soccer golf
- Basketball
- Volleyball
- Pickleball
- Endless yard games
We have 6,000 square feet of living space to get comfortable or continue the fun. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, we can sleep the whole family comfortably.
The main house includes 7 private bedrooms and 5 full baths. We also have a media room with a queen bed.
In terms of amenities, we’ve got you covered too! You’ll have access to minor yet essential things like: Kitchen supplies, bath towels, pool towels, soap, coffee, oxygen, and more.

To maintain secure premises, the retreat is equipped with exterior cameras that record video and audio. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. These are located in the driveway, the backyard, and the pools. We also have noise meters that detect how loud it is at the property as well to ensure rules are being followed, these are located in the backyard.
The person renting the house must be over 25 years old, and must be present during the rental.
