Great property - AC was broken for 2 days and they couldn't get a repairman due to the holiday. I asked for a partial refund as our family had to bunk up with other families for those nights, but was not given one. Sea Chase is a great property though!

Room was good but there were some things needing updated, such as, bathroom vents, water pressure, dryer vent detached/needing cleaned. Nice location, loved the balcony/view. Easy access to beach, pools, and area attractions. Overall we enjoyed it.

Original key code did not work. Had trouble locking door. Shower not clean. Multiple hairs in shower.no pot holders in kitchen. Iron would not work Unit had nice furniture and resort area was great Would stay again

Our stay was wonderful and the unit was exactly as described. Management company was friendly and helpful and responded to our needs in a very timely manner. We will be back!
