The house was exactly what I expected based on the listing, very clean and cold AC. Property is thoughtfully set up with fishermen in mind. Plenty of room to park our vehicle and boat/trailer in the yard.

House was very cute and communication was great. Only negative is air was not on when we arrived so it was a steaming 96 degrees when we got there. Check in and out super easy.
