This beautiful unit has tiled floors in kitchen, both baths and laundry room. New carpet covers the spacious family room and all 3 bedrooms. French doors open onto a private balcony with views of the gulf coast, creeks and marsh land. Unit boast all new leather reclining sofa and matching recliner, stylish dining room table that seats 8, new washer/dryer and fully furnished gourmet kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a plush Simmons beauty rest mattress, large master bath with walk-in shower, his-her vanity, his-her closets and flat screen TV. The family room has a large flat screen HD television with Satellite Direct services. Unit has phone with free local and long distance service. Covered parking for 3 vehicles directly under the unit. Place was nice and comfortable. Did discover mildew in shower, but things happen. Also we had someone come and spray bugs while we were there. Also the electricity had been threatened to be shut off cus bill wasn’t paid, but it was taken care of. I was always honest with the landlord, but when he didn’t like what I had to say, he wasn’t nice to me. A couple days before we left, we had an accident and caused damage. I wrote the landlord and apologized for it happening, and we paid for damage, which he did not believe in what he could charge us. He was yelling at me and made me cry, so my husband took over. Said we were only ones to ever cause damage, and was I was truly sorry, but he didn’t care. It is a nice place and told him so, but if you aren’t perfect, not place for you.
