Old wood home situated on 5 acres- Located 1 mile from the Gulf of Mexico, the Steinhatchee river, the local boat ramp, and some of the best seafood in the state! This home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a nice kitchen and large dining room with plenty of space to seat all your friends and family! Also a screened in front porch for enjoying the quiet summer evenings. Gas grill, covered garage and plenty of boat parking available. Very private and perfect for your family's unplugged weekend getaway.

Pros-Great location, shower water pressure and owners very responsive and nice. Cons-very dated, TV was broken, AC unit in 2/3 rooms, furniture very uncomfortable and need replaced. Issue with bugs. Florida I expect bugs but dead and not flying Around bedroom all night and roaches crawling. We ended up only staying 1/2 nights we booked due to the bugs and being uncomfortable. We stay in Steinhatchee every year to scallop and always use VRBO. I would not recommend the house at their current rates, overpriced.
