About this house rental
Welcome to Frosty Hill! Wonderfully located entire townhome with an unbeatable location. Completely renovated in 2022, this tastefully decorated townhome gives our guests no choice but to relax! Unplug while you cozy up in the spectacular living room or take advantage of the free WIFI while enjoying the flat screen TV over the fireplace. With just a quick walk to a path you can easily ski on / off Jack Frost Mountain!
Smart lock enables you to come and go, key free.
This townhome has been upgraded top to bottom in 2022. The open living room is cozy with seating for all. A sleek modern Samsung Frame TV rounds out the space for all to be entertained. The full kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances with all of the cooking essentials. There is a private deck outside with gas firepit.
The first floor also contains the primary suite which has been fully remodeled to include a queen size bed. The beautifully remodeled new primary bath includes a double vanity and huge tile shower. Upstairs our guests will enjoy a flex loft space that contains a comfy sofa that opens to a full size bed. There is also a full bathroom outside the loft space. The second bedroom contains twin bunk beds and queen size bed. The third bedroom is private and cozy with a full size bed.
WIFI, cable TV are provided along with sheets, towels, and cooking essentials. This home does not have air conditioning but fans are provided for the summer months.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy the entire private townhome.
There are 2 parking spots just steps down the mulch path to the front door of the unit. Any more than 2 cars, oversized vehicles, commercial vehicles, campers, RVs, or trailers can be parked in an overflow lot (please contact to make arrangements ahead of time).
Winter: Walk to the end of the street for a path to Jack Frost Mountain. Lift tickets must be purchased in advance to take advantage of the quick access to the mountain. It's a 5-6 minute walk and we have found it very convenient! The path leads to a beginner trail.
Summer: Our guests are invited to enjoy the Boulder Lake Club in nearby Lake Harmony (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Providing your lease agreement allows for access to the lake for swimming, boating, fishing, tennis, volleyball, cornhole, ladderball, bocce ball, ping pong, and a heated pool for a nominal daily fee.
Nearby Split Rock Resort in Lake Harmony is open to the public and has a bowling alley, movie theater, and H20ooohh! Indoor Water Park! They are adding even more activities throughout the season.

We had a great time at this house. Thomas was amazingly responsive from the time we booked the house (even answering questions BEFORE we booked) until we checked out. House was clean and exactly as described, location to Jack Frost was great.

Great experience. Thomas was very responsive. Nice area. Beautiful condo, wish there was air conditioning but fans were provided. Would definitely stay again

Had a great time. The house was super clean and the property manager made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
