3 Mi to Slopes! Hot Tub Haven Near Lake Harmony

Spacious. 2 big relaxing areas. Big couch. smart TV screen. Table that fit 8-10. Lovely space outside. Fire pit (need your own firewood). Hot tub that fits about 3 people comfortably, maybe 4, but can probably do 1 more depending on how immersed everyone is. Plenty of linen. Laundry machine. We used our own kitchen stuff, but it seems like it had plenty. Even some spices/ingredients. I'd bring more of what you know you use/like though. driveway can fit 6ish cars. Host was really helpful, super nice & answered rather quickly. We had some major plumbing issues our last day where things backed up pretty badly & bathrooms/showers were basically not useable, though we were very careful, but host sent someone over even on the weekend, was friendly & refunded us a night for our "troubles." Later let us know a previous guest must've thrown a toy or something down the drain that backed things up majorly. About 30 min from an outlet mall with activities too. The community has a logde/hotel with a mini water park in it & some other activities if you have kids. We didn't partake. About 2-2.5 hrs from NYC.

House is a bit more "rustic" than brightly lit pictures make it seem. & there was a bit of a musty smell at 1st. The beds could be better. King bed, queen bed & 2 twins, the "sofa beds" are more like a small arm chair/lounger/couch type thing, or a cushion/couch that folds open on the floor (2 people fit on that) vs like a pullout couch or bed. So if you're all adults it can be a bit tight & sharing is required. We managed, but at 1st thought we'd have to sleep on couch or get more air mattresses etc. There is an extra cot & air mattress provided in the closet though. We had the mattress in 1 of the common areas as no room for it in the bedroom after you unfold the other sofa bed. Pillows are pretty thin. Bring extra towels if you want for hot tub + showering unless you plan on doing laundry. Neighbors are closer than you think & it's in more of a community area, but wasn't a problem just good to know if you want more seclusion. The fridge didn't work as best as we'd like. We had to close the door really hard & push to make sure it was closed as it seemed things weren't always as cold as they should've been, but once we figured that out, it was better. Freezer was no issues.

The location is absolutely beautiful! The yard is completely fenced in which is awesome for dogs and young kids like we had, and loved the fire pit.

It was a great property, loved it and would love to book it again.

Property was big and clean

No Amenities. No everyday use cleaning supplies. Queen room was small. Wasn’t enough for a couple.
